My Journey
Twelve years ago I started where most marketers do — writing content, chasing keyword rankings, and optimising for Google clicks.
Then something shifted. AI search arrived and changed the fundamental question from "how do I rank?" to "how do I get cited?" ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews now answer up to 70% of informational queries before a user ever clicks a link. That gap is where I now specialise.
